The fully automatic WrapMatic 360 is a completely innovative automatic shrink wrapping machine. It provides side sealing continuously so there is no limit to the length of a product that can be wrapped. The side sealing system comes fitted with a standard kissing belt and can pack large items up to 700mm wide and 360mm high. Up to 2400 pieces can be wrapped per hour dependent on film and product size. The simple to use system includes front and rear opening for easy access and servicing.

A great advantage of this system is that it doesn’t require a pneumatic connection and works only with electrical power supply. The benefit of this includes reduced maintenance requirements and noise levels as well as improved speed, productivity and sealing precision.
