The HSAJET® Infinity printers are built upon the innovative HP TIJ 4.0 technology, which is perfect for high-volume printing applications that demand high speed and high-resolution coding, such as 1D & 2D codes, alphanumeric text, numbers, counters, time & date, shift codes, graphic, addresses, etc.
Each printhead enables a large print swath of up to 22 mm print with no stitching at up to 1200 DPI, which enables you to print a large variety of information in high resolution.
High volume ink supply
Ink supply to the printheads comes from the easy placeable 22 mm print cartridge and 775 ml bulk ink cartridge. Average ink throughput of the print cartridge is 1.2 liters before it needs to be replaced. The 22 mm print cartridge and the 775 ml bulk ink cartridge can be replaced in minutes without specific operator training, allowing seamless continuation of production.
HSAJET® Infinity Controllers with InkDraw 3.0
Infinity Controllers are powerful industrial printer controllers in stainless steel built with an HSA Systems PCI express controller and I/O boards. The controller is supplied with the advanced HSAJET® InkDraw software for design and operation of print jobs.
Easy connection of external hardware
The Infinity Controllers have inputs for easy connection of various hardware, such as printheads, bulk system, I/O Interface Box, sensor, encoder, beacon, screen, etc., as well as inputs for Serial and Ethernet connection.
